Fast shipping and THE NICEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! All of my questions were answered and my concerns were addressed in a reasonable amount of time. I made the switch to PRJKT RUBY after my normal online pharmacy had gone months without being able to restock on dozens of birth control options due to COVID. I was nervous to use another website, but I'm so glad I signed up and I plan on being a repeat customer!

Quick and easy way to get the brand of BC I need, with a program designed to help those who cannot afford a monthly payment. They even shipped it for free, very quickly! Excellent customer service and experience.

I pay for the overpriced generic birth control because I’m worried about switching now that I’ve been on for so long. I initially went in because I don’t have insurance and could not pay for a consultation. This company puts me through HELL! I pay 2 day shipping and they wait days to “confirm”. They don’t charge your card until this time either! Thinking you sent it and paid for it and it’s on its way just to find out days later you’re just out! I placed my order initially when I had 4 pills left and STILL HAVEN’T GOTTEN THE SHIPPING NOTIFICATION YET?!?! Started a conversation with customer service and never heard back? Last time I emailed customer service I never got a response? Now I’m going to be f****** bleeding for over a week with the worst pain and the most insulting part is I PAID FOR TWO DAY SHIPPING. F*** you isn’t strong enough. You don’t care about your customers or women and how I’ve been treated is disgusting. I wish I could switch so bad but I’m terrified of the havoc it will wreak on my body. This is not one of the things you mismanage. This is not s*** you play with. It takes weeks for me to recover when this happens and the pain is so excruciating Tylenol and Ibuprofen combined don’t help. Some women take it for their health and well-being and to regulate hormones and when you f*** with someone’s prescription you alter their life.
