The process was easy, although my doctor was switched last minute with no notification (literally minutes before the call was set to start) which I found odd. Regardless, I still enjoyed the doctor I was put with. They were respectful, kind and took their time to explain things to me. I only have three stars because the emergency contraceptive was supposed to be sent to my pharmacy, however, they never received the order for it. Because of this I ultimately went another route for what I needed.

Honestly I’m annoyed that I paid for $35 “overnight shipping” when it took a whole day to process and be approved for the prescription. Then it’s going to take more like two days for the package to arrive. I wish I didn’t pay for overnight.

It's alright but the website isn't the easiest to use. I searched for my usual birth control, just to be told there's no results that match my search. But when I went to my order history to reorder from there, it was available. I also had to do a video consult and all the times were SO late and incredibly inconvenient, no matter what day I picked.

They send the birth control pills but if you don’t auto refill you may get the pills later than expected because expedited shipping may not be available. They also send coupon codes that are only valid for a week after I’ve already made my 3 month purchase. They never send a code when it’s time to refill. The code is also only to save $5 but they should send it more often & when it can be used & not expire on a week if it’s not time for a refill for 3 more months. Send coupon codes that don’t expire.

Love the ease of ordering and the virtual doctor visit. Only disappointment this time was I had asked for a different RX that contained more estrogen, but received the same ones as last time.

I have used this service for years. The shipping is fast and the product is reliable. Only thing to improve is the price of the monthly prescriptions. I would be interested to know how much of the cost is for the product I receive, and how much goes toward helping others get prescriptions.
