They are great! So much better and easier to get/refill a prescription than going to a doctor and the pharmacy. They offer a lot of different birth control pills which are all great for the price, and customer service is helpful. My last order took a bit longer to arrive than the 2 day shipping I ordered, but I chalk it up to COVID delays.

Took 2 days to get (Not overnighted like they advertised) in turn pull was unsuccessful. Ordered it on day 1, second day doc called, overnighted on 3rd day. Should have a faster then around time since ur losing a day to the doc call.

5 stars on the customer service aspect and price. The only thing that can be improved is speeding up the new prescription process. I completed the questionnaire on a Friday and I got the new prescription signed/approved on a Wednesday. Apparently it's because I'm a new customer, but one would expect since all questions are online and I live in a state that allows everything to be done online, I would've expected it to be faster (especially since I had run out and was in a hurry for the new shipment!).
