Overall, Prjkt Ruby is sensational, and I love them. My constructive comments at the moment are A) There is no means on the website to make address adjustments when one is traveling. It must be done by phone, and B) I've gotten something like 8 duplicate e-mailed telling me my order has shipped in 3 days' time. It didn't ruin my day or anything, but that many e-mails from a semi-official source tends to mean SPAM or something is wrong.

Great, efficient service. Unfortunately, the product was ineffective, but not PRJKT RUBY's fault, I assume.

Only knocking a star off because the calendar function to book the soonest available doctor was just broken. Then the session itself could not be used on my phone so I had to be on my computer to do the call to renew my prescription. It’s also impossible to update your payment or address info without calling which is silly. Otherwise everyone who works for this site is always super awesome, kind, and understanding. i just wish the website itself was improved.

The whole service has been great for the last few years I've used it! Nice and easy and I get my medication before I even need to worry about running out. I only did 4 stars now because the last few deliveries no longer had the signature required on the package so my medication just gets thrown on the porch. This last shipment was left out in very cold temperatures as the driver didn't' feel the need to ring the door, I only knew it was delivered after getting a late text from tracking notification. It worries me that the medication could be changed by the temperature. I know this isn't really PRJKT Ruby's problem but maybe if they put the signature required when they set up the deliveries it'll help.

Wonderful except I don’t think they paid attention to the details I left about issues with side effects from the type they were sending me because no one called and they shipped the same brand I had requested to please change. STILL A LIFE SAVER and definitely easy to use and a few side effects are better than the BIG SIDE EFFECT: Pregnancy!!

I really love this service, it makes managing my Endometriosis more affordable and is often times quicker than dealing with in-person doctors and insurance. My only complaint is that the auto-ship doesn't adjust for when you select you are skipping your periods so I have to manually order them early to get them in time.
