The process works just like it says on the website- do a questionnaire to figure out which pill is most likely right for you, order, a doctor calls you and asks a few questions to confirm, your 3 month supply arrives. No insurance needed, $20/pack. Haven’t had any issues with reordering, they always arrive within 4-7 days of the ship date! I haven’t compared prices with other online BC options (like Nurx) but $20/pack is about what it cost when I used my insurance anyway and it’s much more convenient.

Offers a variety of different birth control for different people, at an affordable price which is great for those who don't have health insurance. Reordering is always fast and easy too.

PRJKT Ruby is a godsend. My income and insurance situation is a little inconsistent - which makes getting birth control through traditional means a bit difficult - but Ruby fixes all of that! I would give it 5 stars but I did have one interaction with a doctor via a prescription call that I still think about all the time. Male doctors treating women like they don't know how to make their own decisions about their body is super uncool, and I had to tell this man 4+ times that "yes I'm sure" I want to switch my pills and "yes I've done the research and yes I really AM still having negative side effects from this other pill months later" as if I don't know my own body or how to operate a computer. But THANK GOD for all the other customer service reps and doctors I have talked to on Ruby for being amazing!!!! One bad experience totally didn't turn me away from the service. Y'all generally rule!

Love PRJKT RUBY. I love that I can order my Birth Control online and not have to see a doctor every 3 months or so for a refill. Not to mention paying for the visit.
