I've had a few issues with this company, from not getting a consult for 2 weeks and having paid already , to having been charged and not shipped for a few as well I've been using this 4 years now and it's recently took a nose dive. I use to love it. I've considered switching to pill club multiple times.

They were the ones that informed me that I shouldn't be taking estrogen pills if I had a certain type of migraine headache (migraine with an aura). Apparently, I have a higher risk of a stroke if I take estrogen. All of my doctor's failed to inform me of this. Prjkt Ruby really cares about their patients and puts heart into this cause. It was quick and painless. Highly recommend 👌

The best care, better than I've had from a doctor's office. If the birth control you're taking isn't working for you they will recommend something different or an actual solution instead of just telling you "you'll get used to it" or "those are just the side effects". I've had really odd reactions to some of the BC I've been prescribed before for my whole life, and after 2 different trials with prjkt Ruby I'm on a prescription that doesn't give me crazy side effects that I feel miserable on.
