Love being able to get it delivered to my door.

For the video chat portion, I sat in front of my computer for over an hour waiting for the doctor to come on. After waiting so long, I called. They told me to try again, and again, and that someone would be on right away. Nobody came on. Two hours after I called (now I’ve been waiting 3 hours), I decided I was going to get up and go to the bathroom. Of COURSE while I was in the bathroom, I got a call from a private number. I didn’t get any voicemail. A minute later I got a text saying the doctor was ready so I get back on the video call and I had been disconnected. I called back and they said I needed to pick up the phone because that was the doctor. I told them I had been waiting over 3 hours and the two minutes I was in the bathroom for, they call? The person didn’t seem to care. Then, after over 3 hours of waiting I finally get connected to a doctor on the video chat and I talked to him for less than 5 minutes. He seemed confused about why I was aggravated, and that I should be GRATEFUL to be talking to him now.

No insurance needed or requested and you don't have to pay for an office visit. If anything, they are a little too helpful. I got a couple phone calls from their customer service when I was trying to set up my 20 second online doctors visit. The phone calls were warranted and they were not spam, I just like to figure things out for myself. lol. I 10 outta 10 recommend.

I started using PRJKT RUBY a few years ago when I didn't have health insurance. It was a great option at the time on price alone.
