For the most part I've had a good experience except when they had their licensing. Last minute when they told me they could not ship to my state. I was given a timeframe and managed to find an alternative until it was over but when I returned a month after the timeframe given I was still unable to purchase it when it was much needed.

Quick and efficient. They even called me to verify my order since the delivery address was different than my previous orders.

I had been fighting my gynecologist tooth and nail about getting on birth control. PRJKT RUBY was a life saver. We even canceled the order at one point and then called to activate the order again. Customer service was great. The doctor that called was super. I can't speak for price because we needed the medicine quickly so we didn't "shop around." We received everything we were looking for and the people at PRJKT RUBY were great. The medicine came in a sealed, original box with prescription label, was in-date and on time.
