PRJKT RUBYReviews of prjktruby.com

I love the service and the amazing customer care. Thank you !!

Great service. I live on CA and it requires a quick chat with a Nurse Practitioner. Staff was very nice. Shipping was fast. Highly recommend!

Excellent service and the people working there are kind and knowledgeable

Honestly such an incredible experience. I was so stressed out about getting birth control after having moved to a new city and not having a job or health insurance. PRJKT RUBY was a life-saver. It was so easy and less stressful than the process has ever been for me. The doctor was even able to give me a great recommendation for a different prescription. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

I paid for fast shipping but I had to do a video conference and that took a day or two to schedule but it took about five minutes to do and then it took awhile longer than I wanted to get here I could’ve saved my money instead of paying extra for fast shipping . Other than that 8/10 from me! It’s easy and it’s discreet.

I have used Project Ruby for over 2 years now, I've never had a problem. Once the post office lost my order and they replaced it at no charge to me. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could. Only wish they would deliever to NC but they can't change laws.

I cannot afford to go see a doctor. This experience was easier, less expensive and absolutely helps those in need. I was able to submit what I needed, speak with a prescriber and have my product shipped within a days time. Getting birth control should not be the experience it usually is. Prjkt Ruby is an absolute game changer and highlights the idea that something so simple should be more accessible than it currently is.

Seamless renewal. My card declined (new bank) and they were super quick to call and help me fix the issue. Great customer service, reliable shipping!
