Unfriendly consumer policies!

Prices are competitive. Customer service is incredibly terrible. Know that if you order a lab test you must use it in a certain time period or they will take your money and void the test. So keep that it mind. There are other companies that have better customer service, and more consumer friendly policies, search them out before using this service! I won't be using them again. Look elsewhere for your tests, IMHO.

Hi James, We put customers at the very top of our priority list, so this is very much going to be looked into. We searched your name and we see no complaints, emails, live chat or issues, so perhaps you ordered under a different name or changed your name for the purpose of this review which is your right, but it does make it impossible for us to verify your complaint and solve the issue. We aim to make our customers happy. All orders are valid for 6 months. Like any small business, we do have terms and conditions which are clearly stated on our website and required to be agreed to prior to you being able to complete a successful transaction, however, our terms and conditions are not small print buried in pages you never see, we actually show this important condition in normal size font during the checkout process. While we are never happy to hear that any of our customers are unhappy, we often make exceptions to our terms and conditions, which we feel are very lenient. We do enforce our terms and conditions to all clients equally, as well as any exceptions to those terms and conditions, to ensure we do not discriminate against any of our customer base. If you can provide us with more information related to your order, such as an order number, we can be more specific as to the circumstances surrounding the decision made related to your order expiring.
