I love a lot of things about Private MD Labs, especially the ease in which I can order my own tests and how easy it is to schedule an appt at Quest. I do keep getting confused about subscriptions and have to ask for help. However, there is an ongoing issue for over 1 year in which I text the support number and my text and often follow-up texts simply do not reach you. Megan has communicated this issue in the past and has recommunicated it again because quite frankly after 7-8 months I completely forget that my texts don't go through. This has been an extremely frustrating situation for me and needs to be resolved. I have sent screen shots via email so it can be researched, but the issue has persisted for far too long. I also recently referred my daughter with my referral link, but I don't see anywhere where that was activated and I can't find it anywhere in my acct and she can't find it in her acct. Also I find the website still clunky to use and the search function doesn't resolve issues for me. Overall still love the fact that I can get my own tests, but everything else continues to be a bit difficult for me. I think you should publish a feedback email other than support where I can express my challenges and feedback.

I'm definitely satisfied, this being the first time I self-order labs. Always room for improvement. I would have liked to have received an estimate of how long all test results would be in by. And the first time i booked a lab there was an issue at the lab location and I had to reschedule. I couldn't talk to anyone there so that was inconvenient because I had already planned for the draw , fasted, woken up early, everything.

It was good experience

The nurses are great. My last appointment was as painless as possible. Didn't feel the needle too draw blood even the slightest bit. This is my go to place. Only negative is it's usually pretty busy and the wait times are much longer than they should be when arriving on time for a scheduled appointment.

I appreciate that we can simply take the QR Code or print the Requisition forms and take them to a variety of labs. This is especially useful for me since I live in a small town

Easy to track blood work and fair pricing! Though the last time I went they didn't include my birthday or my email so the lab tech had a really hard time finding me in their system so seems they send through their own info instead of mine? That makes it kinda tricky to use

It was a good simple way to pay for my first labs.
