First, regarding your support experience: closing a ticket before the issue is fully resolved is not how we aim to operate. If that’s what occurred, it’s a miss on our side. We’d like the opportunity to reopen and properly follow through on your case, including tracking down any delayed results and giving you a clear resolution. On turnaround time, while many results come in quickly, some tests can take longer depending on the specific panel and processing requirements. That said, a lack of communication during that time is frustrating, and we should have kept you better informed. As for the lab experience, we work with large national lab networks to provide broad access across thousands of locations. Individual site conditions can vary, and we do take feedback like this seriously when evaluating draw sites and escalation paths. Our role goes beyond simply placing an order we help coordinate with the lab, provide access to results as they come in (rather than waiting for a full report), and step in when issues arise so you don’t have to navigate the lab system alone. If a request comes in over the weekend, it can feel like there’s no response, but those messages are queued and handled as soon as the team is back online. That said, we understand how important timely responses are, especially for cancellations, and we’re continuing to improve turnaround times. Regarding lab selection, we partner with major national labs to give you broad access to draw locations while maintaining consistent pricing and test quality. While you may not select a specific lab brand in every case, the system is designed to route you to the most appropriate and convenient option available in your area.
