Great customer service.

Having an a-la-carte solution for labs is absolutely what I was looking for, and their site is very polished and "just works". could not be happier

Always fast and everything happens as stated and expected. My only complaint is the price has gone up dramatically since I started using them in 2017. As with all things it’s expected over time but it’s 4-6x more unfortunately. Still wouldn’t use anyone else though.

The website was a little tricky to navigate but I’m grateful this service is out there.

Private MD Labs allowed me to create a custom blood panel at an affordable price. Not only that but I was scheduled to get it drawn next day and the day after my blood was taken I have 6/7 of the results!

I like that results are given as they become available. Other labs only release them once all are finished :-(. I also like the process - it is simply - and the scheduling is awesome and fast. I couldn't be more pleased :-).

Very simple and easy to use. I highly recommend.

My only complaint is when you add a panel then realize you want a different panel, you have to delete each test one by one. And to make adjustments, the resets go back to the original panel you added. So infuriating.
