Loved it! Results in under a week

Easy to set up my appointment and everything. I had a “1$ then pay later” offer originally but when i closed out by accident, the offer was gone, despite not placing the order yet, so I just gave up and paid for the full test. The user experience other than that was fantastic though!

Every question was answered immediately. Also, got the blood work done in the results sent back to me in a timely manner. Not a lot of of waiting, which was great.

I was able to purchase a few tests on Black Friday because Private MD Labs offered a great deal! I appreciate that I could purchase the tests & use them at a later date. It really helped me out with a great price on testing that I was curious about. I've also had actual interactions with Private MD Labs & they always answer me back in a timely manner. I think that's great customer service.
