I do labs with Private MD 4 times a year with no problems. Never a line and staff is always happy and friendly. They are affordable and couldn’t be easier

Only 1 page of results for multiple tests?
I've used Private MD Labs twice now. The process itself is great but I only receive the first page of the results and I have to request the remaining results every time. I'm hoping this is something that can get resolved.

Hi Jeffrey, Thanks for the feedback and for using us more than once. You shouldn’t have to request additional pages of your results. That’s not the intended experience, and we understand how frustrating that is, especially if it’s happened more than once. In many cases, results come in from the lab in multiple parts, and they should all be accessible to you as they’re released. If that’s not happening consistently, we want to fix it. Please reach out to support with your order details so we can review what’s happening on your account and make sure you receive complete results without needing to follow up each time. We’ll also use this to identify and correct the root cause. Appreciate you calling this out.
