I ordered holiday cards personally and for our business. We received someone else's corporate cards along with our business cards. The business holiday cards looks really terrible with the photo looking extra red. It did not look like the proof I approved. I chatted for customer support and they said no refund was available. It is too late to send other cards so I asked for a full refund since I couldn't use either product. So disappointed.

I received the wrong labels and I called to have the right ones sent to me. I have been waiting for a week now and I still have no labels. I just called print runner and the labels still have not been reprinted or shipped and its been a week since I called and reported that I received the wrong labels.

I had a great experience until I received my labels. Once I did there were many on which the print was so light in spots, it was illegible. I called Angela Louise, the outside sales rep that had been helping me and she said I had to send photos but there was a certain layout I had to use to show the photos. She was supposed to send me that so I could show PrintRunner the labels, but Angela never got back to me. So, now I am stuck with labels I cannot use.
