The donation envelopes were printed on the wrong size envelope. This was my fault that I authorized it. So now I have "only" 3000 useless donation envelopes that are going to be recycled. I ordered Size A6 and they should have been #6. What I wished happened is that someone looked at what they were printing and questioned it. That didn't happen. So stuff happens and I am now out $300+ for my mistake. It's only money (right!). What was done right is they got it done faster than expected, so I was able to get it over to a different print company to get them printed on the correct size envelope.

The print looks to be purple instead of black like the toner needed to replaced in your machine. We had to use the bag toppers since we had events scheduled. Hopefully this doesn't happen again.

First order was great. I love the fact that when you peel one of these stickers off after being somewhere for some time it doesn't leave stickum behind so I reordered more than the first order. They recently arrived and I got a chance to look in the box. 20 or 25% of the new order is burnt on the back. It looks like I'm giving all my customers dirty stickers. If you fix your problem with my order I'll order again. If you don't I won't.

I reprinted something I've printed before, using the same files. The proof did not look blurry, yet the posters arrived looking blurry.

I ordered a hard copy proof, I received a message from someone saying I never approved it, so I went and approved it, and then the full printed order and the hard copy proof arrived on the same day. I've never had these issues before, but this process was so confusing and disappointing. I feel their process and customer service has really gone down hill recently.

Shipment arrived but I ordered a business card with front and back designs. The front came out perfectly. However, the back was printed in black and white! Please help me resolve this....

My last order of labels was a totally different shade pf orange. I left feedback and never heard back from anyone. Time to source from someone who can gaurantee consistent results.
