I ordered 500 flyers that are now in the trash can. I called PrintRunner for a refund, and they said “you approved the job” I explained to them that I was approving the measurements not a blurry distorted looking flyer. They said they couldn’t help me, and that I’ll get 20% off on my next offer. I would never use this company in my life. I explained that a different company was able to use the same template & made beautiful flyers. She said “we don’t compare our work” They can’t compare it because theirs is really bad quality.

They used to be pretty good but lately, everything I order has some issue or defect. Misalignment being the most common. I order labels to put on my products but they are always so off center, they look like crap. I end up throwing most of them away. They may seem competitive in terms of pricing, but when you think about how much you waste, you end up spending more money on these labels. They used to do courtesy reprints, but now they just offer you some credit back for your next order... not even a full refund for the whole order. Which doesn't do me any good if I end up spending more money on some new labels that are poor quality anyways. I've also had labels that were not cut well so round labels have flattened bottoms, the color is off, etc. Just overall, lots of issues. Do not recommend.

Timely contact and delivery! The backdrop looks AMAZING! It's for my daughter's baby shower and she loves it. The vinyl is high quality and durable. I highly recommend!

I ordered a repeat of my last order which was for opaque business cards. They sent me clear ones that were illegible. When I asskef them to reprint the order correctly they refused. Very poor customer service. Unsatisfactory.

I have been a printer runner customer for 10 years now and any time I have had a problem with anything they have rectified the problem immediately and always have been courteous and a pleasure to deal with,anybody can be great if everything works out good but when something doesn’t it’s how they handle a situation that makes a great company

We were almost out of rack cards and we had a few shows coming up. so we tried our luck and when we made the order around 5pm it said it would be 2 weeks for delivery (2 days before our show). we ordered 7000 on tuesday and they were at our front door Friday morning!!! they look great and very speedy service Thanks so much!!!
