Absolutely horrible experience shipping postcards with them All the team is is the Philippines No training or experience

Ordered business cards and they came with very poor quality. The actual cards did not match the design I created on their website. The coloring was uneven and appeared "scratched" in several places on the cards. The edges were rough and jagged on multiple cards. Very disappointed.

Business cards should have been here 6 days ago. I called the help number and the representative could not tell me where they are in transit or when I will receive the order

I never received my order, even though you said it was delivered. My tracking info says it was delivered to Macedonia, OH. I will need a replacement order ASAP!

I ordered the wrong size they were too big

I have placed multiple orders for the same sticker in years past. The stickers have always been of a glossy finish with an easy to remove backing. The stickers that just arrived are not glossy… they are of a dull, paper finish and there is no easy to remove backing. I’m super frustrated with this order and will explore other companies when needing more stickers. Allan

This is the third time I have ordered from Printrunner. The first time my postcards were delivered missing a letter from the header. My second order was delivered late and most recently I had to go print my postcards elsewhere because I needed them for an event and once again my order arrived almost a week later than expected.

Ordered about 2000 stickers, but the quality was very low. They don't really stick to the cup that I was planning on using them with and they get ruined very quickly even with the bare minimum of condensation. I ended up ordering a new batch from a different company
