Rep's were professional, I am disappointed with the item bacause the color was wrong, they are smaller than expected and we can not write on them. In saying that, they were very willing to replace them which is great. I sent an email asking if it was possible to change the size and never got a response. I just do not want another shipment that is not usable.

Print Runner has become our new print source, the product is excellent, the prices are below market average. The customer service has been excellent. The only reason for four stars instead of 5 is they used a third party shipping company that was terrible. My package ended up being 2 days late and traveled from TX, to PHX, to CA, to TUS, to CA, to TUS before it was finally delivered. Print Runner did their best to try to help me get the package, but in the end we all were at the mercy of a shipping company run completely with AI and no humans available to fix the mess.

Great quality great price. The templet shrank the logo so its not exactly 2x2. Still decent though.

I purchased this product a couple of weeks ago. I was satisfied with the delivery time and the customer service I received. However, I was somewhat disappointed with a few details of the product that could have been handled better. Overall, I would still do business with this company again, but I hope they pay closer attention to the small details, as those details can make a big difference in the customer’s experience.

It was an easy back and forth to get the product right. Unfortunately I picked the wrong size for printing. The online representation of the product was larger than the actual size that I received. Making it a worthless purchase. The quality looks good but I really can’t see because so much is in a very small area.

Overall pretty satisfied with the process to order, pricing, and ship time! My only feedback is i didnt request a proof for my logo sticker and assumed it would print to the edge of the 2" sticker. There's a pretty large white border about .25" so my sticker print area is more like 1.5". Would have liked the print to go to edges, but I didnt specify that. Will make sure for the next order!

The cards are great but expected the cards to be in boxes and not loose in the shipping box. Now I have 4,000 cards all in one box. Would have given 5 stars if I had smaller boxes.
