This was our first time using PrintRunner. The Receipt books look amazing. PrintRunner not only saved us $500, but we were able to design our own to fit our needs directly. We will definitely be using them again.

I reordered post cards and one side is the wrong green. I did nothing to change my order or the art and it was approved by PR, so I'm not sure what went wrong. The white background of the cards took looks gray and dingy, not white, and the green is olive drab instead of a richer green like last time. Also, the cards are double sided and the green on the front is different than the green on the back. Sad.

Hi, I ordered 1000 6" x 11" postcards. When the package was delivered, I noticed that all of the postcards were smudged. I'm very disappointed with this experience.

Customer service was spot on when dealing with my proof. Labels printed fast and delivered quick and cheaper than my other vendor. How ever, even after explaining that I did not require a safety zone for cutting around my label it appears that rather than just cutting the excess off my intentionally oversizedproof, it seems they shrunk my image to limit the amount cut off. As a result everything is a little smaller than my current labels. A little harder to read but still legible if you have good eyes. My concern is one of the lines on my label state, "MAY CONTAIN SEED SHELLS" and I don't want a liability issue to pop up because some people may not be able to read it. Let me know what you think.
