To clarify, our site offers two reorder options — one that repeats the previous order’s exact specs, and another that reorders from a saved design. When reordering from a saved design, the specs (such as printing on one or both sides) need to be reselected during checkout. It sounds like this was the case with your most recent order, which understandably led to some confusion.
