Order a few dresses and they were awful cheap material and the style was not like the photos at all. Do not order from there no matter how good something looks, save your money.

I bought a medium of the angel hoodie with the sequins. It fits well, i’m 5’7 and way 113. However, the sleeves were extremely short, like 5 inches from my wrist.

I would never ever purchase from the site AGAIN! Big scam…..the dress I ordered is not the same dress in the picture on their site. I selected the dress for my bridal shower and when it came yesterday I couldn’t believe my eyes. I’d like to request a full refund and I will be filing a claim with BBB to report this site.

I purchased a multi strand necklace that I am very happy with. It looks so pretty that I purchased 4 more of the same necklace for gifts and to keep one extra for me. Very pretty.

So... Where to start. I ordered a dress for my daughter. It was delayed and arrived 2-3 weeks late. On arrival the quality of the item was very poor with mismatched seams, unfinished zips and it was a different colour to that advertised. I reached out to them via email. They asked for photos, which I sent and confirmed the above. They emailed back and asked for a distance photo and then said on review of the second photos the manager couldn't see any issues.... They offered me a 15 dollar refund for an item that cost 60. They increased the offer to 20 when I complained again. I continued to requeste a full refund and to return the item. I posted the item to the address on their website via recorded post (This was at an additional cost of £15 .... But I did it because I was annoyed and wanted to see if under any circumstances they would actually fulfill their obligation...)The item was not able to be returned as the return address was not valid.... I rarely have time to write reviews.. but this time I've made an exception....

They do not even deserved a 1 start. Poor quality material and then they refuse to provide me with a refund. Because they believe the product is “beautiful” - laugh out loud. Might as well have gone to Walmart for the dress I purchased for $60.

I just received my order, the package came in 10 days delivering to Canada. The two dresses came very similar to what was on the photos with only minor differences. I understand that the dresses pictured on the listing are not the exact ones that Princess Ace supplies. I emailed them before ordering and asked for a photo of one dress and the measurements of the second and they provided me both. I was surprised at how accurate the sizing is. I don't think I will order again because I don't want to support direct Chinese made clothing or drop shipping companies but I wanted to comment my positive experience. Four stars because of the minor difference between the photo and what I received.

Bad quality, too expensive for this kind of jacket: bad metal zipper! too long sleeves for size S, not underlined, fabric is hard to iron.......NO TO THIS SERVICE!
