Do not trust this website. They will not allow you to return products even though they say they will. They try to give you discounts to force you to keep it. I genuinely believe they copy photos of pretty dresses online and have Chinese workers try to "make" the dress as depicted, but what you get looks NOTHING like what was in the photo on their site. Buyer beware.

I received excellent customer service! Very pleased with their customer care support. I ordered a black blouse but received white. I immediately notified Princess Ace and was sent the black blouse without any hassle. I appreciate the fast response addressing my issue and the swift correction. I will order with them again!

I rate 5 Star because their service was excellent and particularly because I made a mistake which they recognised and treated me promptly and fairly. Not everyone does that nowadays.

I wore this to a dinner and liked the overall look. The fit was slightly tighter than expected around the arms, though. It's comfortable enough for a few hours but not something I'd wear all day.

Very poor customer service. I received two dresses that were significantly different from what was advertised on their website very poor material and quality the design is different as well. The third dress was ordered in a Medium but is extremely oversized and could easily fit two people. I contacted the seller to request a return and refund, but they refused and their response was unprofessional.

Fast responses and great customer service

Skirt was made of cheap material and was straight instead of flowing. Even a seem too tight around buttock than created a divot straight through the but muscles and my daughter is tiny. Emailed and they have said can’t return the item for a refund

i have bought a pair of “revice” jeans and a tankini, both looked super cute and good quality on the website, i decided to check on revice for theese jeans, there they were, same model, princess ace took the pictures from revice and used them for their “own” jeans, they are probably a ripoff i am writting this reveiw in advance of delivery, princess ace said delivery would take 13-20 days, its been 32, i have seen loads of negative reviews but only after i bought the items, i am just scared that it will turn up broken, horrible quality and then wont let me return or get refunded, the website looks wonderful and i really hope it is, they said for faster delivery change to pick up at a local warehouse….. then said i cant change back to home delivery… well i will leave another reveiw when they do or dont arrive. great… tankini just arrived, 33 days, stitching is really lose i cant wear this, it will fall off and break apart, its really synthetic and the pattern on the picture looks very diffirent as well as the length of the shorts, the jeans are yet to arrive, probably bad condition aswell.
