I ordered after looking through so many great reviews, hoping I would have the same experience. I ordered my equipment 11 days ago and customer service does not respond back to any of the emails I have sent, do not respond to the calls I have placed, or attempt to give any indication of where my order is. I have read the cheap price is due to camera import models and I can confirm that they do not hold their own stock, they drop ship their equipment from various places so you never know the actual quality of item you will receive. I cant confirm either but I have heard they do not ship in the original packaging as well. I will not order from Primotronix again and I would advise not doing so for anyone else as well.

I was very nervous about placing an order with Primotronix because of untrustworthy websites. But, after seeing some reviews, I thought I would give it a try. I talked to Charles in Customer Service to confirm my order, he was very helpful. In just the short time I talked to him, he gave me information that Best Buy never gave me. He also upgraded my shipping. I will buy from here again & I will tell my friends about Primotronix.

Price was the first thing I noticed. It's easy to shop on the internet and Primotronix had the best price for the camera I wanted. Charles called and confirmed a delivery date. Told me about the battery life and what I could do about it. I'm very pleased with his service and the company. I'll use them again!

good customer service and communication

I was skeptical about Primotronix because I had never heard of them before, but after seeing other reviews I decided to give them a shot. I placed an order for a 7d and the 24-105 L series lens. Less than 24 hours later I was contacted by Charles at primotronix to confirm my order. Not only was he polite, but also offered to upgrade me to FedEx shipping for free. I was told all merchandise is shipped new, in manufacturer's original packaging with warranty. I saved a solid 400 dollars ordering from Primotronix rather than B&H and I'll probably order from them again.

Thanks for the help in selecting my new Nikon D5100. The package of accessories is just what I need... no added junk to drive up the price. Keep up the good work! Tom

Charles in Customer Service was very helpful, upgraded to two 5 hr. batteries for my camera for the price of one! In addition upgraded to ups shipping for free. With prices and customer service they will be getting my business in the future.
