Was sent the wrong part after I made a call to the comany explaining that the part that I was looking for did not match the one the one on there site. I explained I was having trouble finding the other part, because there must have been two for the same year vehicle. He ensured me he found the correct part,and after they arrived I found he sent the parts I said did not fit. When I called in, a person looked up my account and then Told me I must be mistaken on there computer is brings up that part, I said I would gladly take pictures to prove my part was different. I then had to go online after he kept repeating that was the correct part, found the other (correct) part for him Now I have to wait 2-4 days for shipping label just to return. Do not use this company!!!

Ordered a radiator for 55 dollars and never got a email and when I contacted them for two weeks they said they would ship it out and then told me they never received any money at all even though I have a transaction# they said file a dispute and that was that now I'm out of money and a part to fix the car with 4 kids to take care of

I have made several orders through prime choice over the years. The prices are low, and the shipping is fast and free. For basic things this is a good company. The parts are mediocre quality, but that is reflected in the price. HOWEVER, I ordered a set of "Premium" brake pads and rotors, not the cheap ones. The pads are the worst quality I have ever seen. They're supposed to be ceramic but there are HUGE chunks of metal in them which cause them to squeal louder than you can imagine. It's unbearable. It's been two weeks and no response from customer support. Tried calling 6 times throughout the week, you're on hold for about 10 minutes then get hung up on. I liked them, until I had this issue. There is NO customer service with this company. I have sent 3 emails, no response. Unacceptable, I got ripped off with crappy chinese brake pads.

Prime Choice you suck Auto Parts Seattle I order this part through Amazon and in my Amazon account have my complete address. But somehow Prime Choice change my apartment number to somebody else's period in which you went somewhere else. But when I email them they avoided Me for 3 days would not respond there I found my part had been taken to the rental of. When I pick my part up it looked like it had been through a world war 1 the box was busted inside of the plastic inside of the box there was no bubble wrap there was no kind of security for the part other than the worn-out Box the lock so I can have been sitting up for months. The part had grease on it and scratches on it so that let me know i wasnt getting a new part. I got a rebuilt part which was a hub assembly for my 05 Ford Explorer I pray to God that it last but from what I'm reading they have crappy parts so I pray God in the last 30 days and Ii will have purchase another more moneyvdown the drain.will not buy one without using Amazon ever again!!! Amazon has some crappy vendors. Shame Shame Shame Amazon and shame shame on UPS for the de liver my part to wrong address PRIME Auto Parts are crappy you suck parts and the owner of the shop wouldnt reply for 3 days because he knew that his reviews are true and that that part is a piece of crap I pray that you get nothing but bad ratings Prime Auto you suck Auto Parts. I will make sure I go to Yelp and give you a nice 1 star rating good life thugs.....

Bought lower control arms and they were POOR QUALITY unable to pass my inspection and NO REFUND what a waste! STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

I purchased a set of front struts five months ago and Dave gone bad already. I contacted warranty department and they want me to remove the old struts and take a picture of it and send it to them my vehicle will be down into the new Parts get here. They have a copy of my invoice when I purchased it. Therefore no hassle warranty is not valid. I will never purchase anything else from prime choice auto parts.

Bought a window regulator for my truck it came late and did not fit correctly. I check the part # it shows to be correct but when matched to their part # for my vehicle. When matched to the factory original the mount for the motor was wrong and no way to make it fit.

Do not buy from this company. Horrible products. I have bought many parts from them because the price was right. You get what you pay for though! I went through 4 window regulators for my truck. I could have spent less money and got a quality one. 1 week after the 6 month warranty was up, they wouldn't help me at all when the last one failed. Horrible customer service.
