I have bought plenty of parts from them n they do the job fine if you do your own mechanical work. I build custom cars as a hobby so have learned how to spin a wrench properly. Changed every part of suspension, braking system, tie rods, control arms,wheel bearings, lights etc pretty much a whole car to pass safety with flying colours myself. The parts slowly let go every couple months but primechoice backs their warranty 100% and sends me new ones, which in my case is ok because i do my own work. Being a guy its a great excuse to hide away from the wifes girl talk n lovy dovy movies. The parts say quality but this is a fair warning to people that cant work on their own vehicles that are CHEAP and have to pay a mechanic. THEY ARE WHITEBOX QUALITY PARTS, and plenty of people will argue they are best blah blah but dont you think every single automotive shop wouldnt use them if they were. Also would stand behind a shop warranty on quality work? Come on lol Needless to say in the end you will get what you pay for. If you have to pay a mechanic then take the jaws of life from holding your wallet shut and buy top of the line like #1 moog or delco. because you are also payin labour rates 60-120/h and plus parts. They will last atleast 2-3 years longer n thats if you are hard on a vehicle like me. I hope this was helpfull for people looking for a REAL review, not people blinded by the fact they paid 13 bucks for normally 70 dollar balljoint and got it i 2 days shipped free.

i bought an in tank fuel pump assembly for an s10 blazer i had for sale labor to install $200 (about average for this type of job) i sold the truck, pump went bad in less than 30 days and only 350 miles! left the customer on the side of the road. i e mailed them and got NO RESPONSE FOR 5 DAYS!!! customers cant wait they need their vehicle back the $60 fuel pump assembly cost me over $600 before it was done! they absolutely did not give a shit ! they reluctantly refunded my original purchase price 2 weeks later. only after i filed a complaint with e bay.. buyer beware avoid parts that are electrical in nature very cheaply made in china junk!! / i have bought several radiators and condensers and have had good luck with those products (so far). they did not even offer a credit towards labor! another reason to BUY LOCAL AT YOUR LOCAL PARTS STORE ...Richard Hamm owner Tops Unlimited Erie Pa. building custom cars since 1975

The prices are awesome! The parts seem to be the same thing you get in the store, but in a generic box. The return isn't so good, I got the wrong part, they don't do exchanges, and you are charged a restocking fee, plu a you have to pay the shipping back..all making it jot worth the return. Shipping 2 large brake rotors gets spendy

The parts were correct and shipped timely. Unfortunately, the parts were last twice in shipping. The good news is the customer service was wonderful. I now have my parts and will order again.

good pricing, quick delivery but need attention to detail received the wrong item twice. the first headlight was the wrong one but when we ordered the replacement correct headlight, they shipped a window regulator.
