I placed an order with this company on September 28th. When I checked out it said that my order would arrive between September 29th and October 5th so I didn't really expect it to arrive until the 5th due to the distance. First off, I never even recieved an email with the tracking information but decided to let it go and just wait for the order to arrive. The 5th rolled around, and then the 6th, 7th and 8th...finally I gave them a call to check the status of the order. The woman I spoke with was able to pull up my order but then she says, "It shows here that it shipped but there isn't any tracking information in the system so it's just lost." That was that for her...case closed. She then said that she could refund my money or send out a new order. I told her to just go ahead and refund me because I don't have time to wait around another week on something that may or may not show up. I asked when the refund would be credited back to me and she told me same day. I've yet to be credited that money back. So now I have no parts and I'm out money. I really wish I would have taken the time to read the reviews before placing that order. When you have as many negative reviews as this company does, it is a huge red flag. Crooks!

Not only did I get the right parts, they arrived in less than 48hrs.! I don't know why the rating is so low maybe people should double check the parts they order.Primechoiceautoparts.ca are my new parts guys.

Due to pricing error they cancelled my order they don't stand behind their mistakes. Can't see them standing behind their parts. Spend the extra money on better parts. Save your self a headache don't throw your hard earned money away on junk

brake rotors had oversize bolt holes, they fit so i installed only to find out they clunk when car is shifted from reverse to forward, as soon as i figured out what was wrong i contacted seller, they told me i used them so there mine. e bay also told me to f-n bad.with all the places to order from i would stay away from prime choice ripoffs

I purchased struts and shocks for my 09 Malibu from this company on EBay. The shocks I received didn't fit. The struts fit but after a month of driving the bearings in them began to get creaky on every turn I made. The sound has gotten louder and louder over time. I would not recommend buying parts from this company to anyone. They also gave me a hard time about returning the shocks.

I had ordered 2 upper control arms and 2 lower ball joints as a package through eBay.they were for my 07 Silverado new body style. When received the upper control arms were for the classic. So called them. They had me ship the upper control arms back on their dime which was good. But had to buy the other so I didn't have to wait for refund. Well the first order was 74 dollars and some change. They only refunded half of what the oder was. When I looked on the site the lower ball joints were 22.64 but charged me 37 for them. I could've sent the whole order back got the full refund. Then went back on eBay and ordered the correct one for same price 74. But ended up paying 64 for the new upper control arms and 32 for the lower control arms. Rip offs

This is an excellent company. They have warranties on all of their parts. People order the wrong parts then blame the ccompany.Does anyone think the parts at the auto stores are not made in China? If you want to pay triple the price for the same part then don't use this company. Fast shipping and great parts for a third of the cost. Works for me.

I have had an excellent experience with prime chioce I have bought many parts for many vehicles including, fuel pumps, head lights, mirrors, hub assemblys, tie rod ends, and window regulators. I have also accidentally ordered a wrong part here and there and once had a bad part that I had warranty on and got a replacement part. Customer service is great and parts always arrive within 2 to 3 buisness days of placing the order. I am about to order a hub assemly for a truck I just bought and the hub assemblys on my other truck now have about 40,000 miles on them and still working fine nice and tight, from prime choice. This is a great company and I will continue to buy parts from them I just wish they carried more parts for my vehicles.
