Unfortunately our cat had just passed. Kyle the rep. was extremely understanding for my request to cancel my subscription and helped with processing a recent delivery to be returned. Need more people like him!

It’s so easy to keep clean. Scooping the poop and as I do that it absorbs the pee. It last longer than the other litter also.

We have two cats, no smell, easy clean up and great delivery.

My 2 male cats have been using Pretty Litter for nearly 5-6 years now; Boy, do we love it!! One of the little guys was extremely prone to getting UTI's, approximately 2-4/year, no matter the weekly box cleanout. Since using Pretty Litter, he's never, never had one! And I love the ability to check the color of the used litter, to be sure. Besides helping my cats' health, the cleanup is so, so much easier for we hoomans. Also, the odor control-- absolutely phenomenal, honestly. There's a litter pail right next to my bed, as well as, a decorative one in my kitchen, and not a sole realizes it, lol! As for any changes in our orders, or any Customer Service needs that I've had, has been nothing short of a blessed experience, as well. The folks have always been beyond patient and helpful, (even when I've changed my delivery status, several times). They have always made sure that every need of mine has been perfectly met, before closing out the request for assistance, and so pleasantly too; gotta love that! Lastly, the $avings since switching to Pretty Litter, is quite noticeable, especially when ordered through the PL Company Program, vs buying bags in-store, but prominently better than the cost of our old litter. Much more budget friendly, especially considering that there aren't any more Emergency Vet visits! ☆☆☆ This Family & their two kitties, are "Fur-Ever PRETTY LITTER Lovin' Customers"!! 😸😸

I liked the ability to stir the litter and the color change which detected my cat’s urinary tract blockage. What I disliked most was the tracking despite having the cat mats around the litter boxes. The tracking was all over the throwrugs, tile floors and I had to sweep even under and around the kitchen table and floors when the litter boxes were located in the screened room. I never got that with the clay litter.

I really like this product. The product works as advertised. If you have a cat you have to have cat litter and this is the best we have ever used. We have used this product for several years now and it's very good at keeping odor at bay. The cat likes it and he is pickie. My better half likes that we never run out. It comes delivered by FedEx, and the company always keeps me informed by email when the litter is headed our way. It's a great company with a great product.

I have an indoor cat that is not with me right now my friend in another town is taking care of him for 7 months now because I've been hospitalized. However, I'm super glad to get the pretty litter she's very impressed with the amount that litter lasts a whole month and the smell that it takes out it's just wonderful my cat wouldn't even get out of the box when he first got it cuz he loved it too.

My representative was cheerful, and extremely understanding and helpful. She went over and beyond to solve my delegate! I am forever greatful!!!
