Pretty Litter sounds good in theory but is a terrible product with an even worse customer service. The product does little to mask the smell of urine. And one bag is not enough for a single kitty litter. I did not sign up for a subscription but was billed for the product a month later. When attempting to return, it took the customer service department 2 weeks to create a shipping label. Then after my return was complete they never refunded me. When I emailed to ask about the refund a MONTH after shipping it back, no one responded for a week. I had to call, email, direct message and finally chat before someone was able to issue a refund. Customer service was incredibly rude! Would not recommend buying from this company

I was unhappy with the product because I found it tracked a lot more than other litters. Their website is not user friendly and subscriptions cannot be cancelled there. So I emailed the company in February 2021 to cancel. A representative emailed back saying my subscription had been cancelled. In April of 2021 my credit card was billed again and I got an email about a new order shipping. I emailed the company and received no response. When I was able to reach a representative on the website they told me my only course of action was for them to send me a return label and only after that return is done will they refund my card which they fraudulently charged after my subscription was cancelled. The cherry on top is it is now up to me to return this product to the shipping depot which is highly inconvenient. I would not recommend this product which is not very good, over priced, and the company provides poor customer service.

I am writing this review as a mom of 2 long haired cats. I originally hoped this litter would be the answer to my heavy clumping litter issues. While some of the store shelf litters deal with odor just fine, they don't clump. And the clumping shelf products do poorly with odors, I was looking to this product to do both and be light weight. So the product arrived and I knew immediately that it was light weight and easy to carry [instead of feeling like I was working at home depot moving bags of dry cement]. That was +1 in my book. Easy to setup +2 and the cats took to it instantly! 3 stars! However.. [here come the cons..brace yourselves] After they both jumped in the boxes [to my horror] I realized the pretty litter was quickly attached to them from head to toe. They both looked like victims of static cling. From the tips of the whiskers to the backs of the tails. Not only were they loaded with it, they trapesed it throughout the entire house. I left the boxes overnight, in hopes something would change. Perhaps it was just dry in my home? perhaps it was just a kitty phase? maybe they were wet? maybe? ugh.. no.. after cleaning several piles of litter throughout the morning I was horrified as I walked throughout the home to find everything covered in the stuff. My couches, my rugs, my windowsills, everything. Anywhere my cats had been, the pretty litter was sure to follow. It was a costly $38 experiment and I'd never read any review online to indicate any such problem.

I read great things about this litter online and ordered the 3 month subscription. I immediately found the silica litter to be dusty, and walking around it made my eyes itchy. I canceled my subscription. 3 months later a new delivery arrives. Those scumbags didn't actually cancel my subscription, charged me again, and now refuse to refund me on this new delivery of litter that I don't want. I'm unimpressed with their shady business dealings.

Absolute waste of money. Of you insist on having an open litter box and don't mind a lot of extra work AND don't mind spending more money than necessary, then buy this product. I have 2 cats so I was supposed to buy 2 bags a month. That's $40/month!! We had to clean it (scoop the poop and stir the pee) multiple times a day and thre cats tracked the small grains all over the house We have a large litterbox with a cover. I now use Tidy Cats Ultra clumping clay litter. It costs $11 for a 20lb jug at my local grocery store. One jug lasts at least 2 weeks, I clean it only 1x/day, the odor protection is amazing, and very little gets tracked anywhere. Pretty Litter says they have over 12,00 five star reviews from "real" customers. But when I looked to find a place where I could write my 1 star review I couldn't find a place to do it. So how honest are they, really?

We've used pretty litter for over a year. i admit this initially was a drunk purchase off facebook. i was completely fed up with stinky traditional litter. Even with daily scooping I could always smell it and our house is small so I have no out-of-the-way place to put the litter. I cannot believe how well pretty litter works- no smell, really. One bag lasts our 1 cat solidly 3 weeks. there is usually a little bit scattered on the floor near the box, so it does slightly cling to her feet I guess, but I don't really care. I actually just scoop the poop right into the toilet and after it softens I flush it. I feel ok doing this since the litter doesn't really cling to the poop, so I'm just flushing poop. So I'm also happy to be saving on plastic bags. I've recommended Pretty Litter to a few friends even.

I received my pretty litter on Monday and it hasn't been a full week and the smell it's already awful , funny fact: this product it's sponsored to last around 3-4 weeks. it's looks pretty , awesome presentation but unfortunately it doesn't really work.

While Pretty Litter is an awesome product, but the downside to this awesome product is that you can only order directly from them. I’m not exactly sure what deal they have worked out with FedEx, but the shipping times are absolutely atrocious! As of this writing, I am on week 3 of waiting for the delivery. I am well aware of the COVID and the restrictions it has placed on all delivery services, but it cannot be reasonable for a company to offer a subscription for convenience, while completely making it an inconvenience to stay with them. Their work around is to cut a week off and offer the next shipment within 3 weeks. So you’re basically paying them twice a month for a once a month delivery. If they had this through Amazon there would be no doubt that this would be a staple in our household, but I don’t enjoy the smell of cat urine waiting for a delivery. You’re better off ordering through Chewy since they use FedEx as well, but actually get your products to you as soon as possible.
