It’s a good product, but my cat doesn’t like it. In the beginning it was great, you just stir the litter around to mix the pee & your good. I would stir every other day, scoop the poop & it’s great. It says you only have to change the litter once a month. I beg to differ. Even though there’s no odor, watching the litter getting yellower & yellower is kind of gross, because in reality, it’s just a huge pile of odorless pee. 2 weeks later I just had to dump it all out & change it. That’s 1 bag gone already. And the pee does clump if you leave it for more than a day without stirring, because my cat likes to dig a hole & pee in it, so therefore it clumps. If you take it from a cats point of view, it would be pretty gross to see your litter all yellow after 2 weeks, so she pee’d in my bed, because I didn’t stir it up. At least with regular litter, once you scoop everything out, the litter is cleaner, because there’s minimal pee left in there after scooping the pee. So I will say, it’s great in the beginning when the litter is fresh. Does anyone else have this problem?

The litter is good: light, fine particles, no smell. But the customer service is terrible! I made a subscription, and there were problems with almost every order I made: the litter was lost, next time the delivery took 3 weeks, now they have withdrawn money more than a week ago, and the order has not even been sent yet. Communication with representatives is terrible. Even the quality of the litter is not worth it to tolerate a bad and disrespectful attitude towards their customers.

This is the WORST experience I have ever had with cat litter. Although, the cat litter itself works well, the customer service is horrible. If you want to keep getting charged without your consent then do NOT become a subscriber. I got charged for three bags in one month! and I only asked for two bags every four weeks. I received my shipment over a week late (it has been a week and three days and I am still waiting for it) and I was one the phone for over an hour when someone from customer service finally picked up and said they could not do anything but send me a return label. I have cancelled my subscription and will NEVER order from here again.

If you follow the directions right pretty litter is the best thing. My cat was sick and pretty litter caught it and I was able to get my cat the help it needed. There is no smell if you mix it once a day and only use 1 bag a month.

My cat tried to use the litter a few times, but when she stepped on it, the litter would make a lot of noise. The more she moved the louder it would get, so she got scared and won’t use it. I couldn’t even ask for a refund since the litter was used (had some urine on it). I waisted almost $40.00. The litter also is very dusty.

Horrible!!! Did not have a great experience. As soon as I started a subscription, I had no way of logging into an account to make adjustments or cancel. This means PrettyLitter has all of our (everyone with a PL account) information and we have no way of accessing it. I was sent 5 bags of litter!!! This cost me 173.00!!! This was only the second month of trying this scam of a company's product!!! Apparently I had 2 subscriptions!!! I never got a hold of someone on the phone, When I did a customer service chat, I still had to wait almost 30 minutes to connect to a representative, who then tried to tell me it was MY fault the product didn't work. And my fault for the two subscriptions!!!! No apologies! No nothing! Not a fan of the product or their customer service.

They say on their sight "Free Delivery", but they charged my c/c for delivery. Then customer service is terrible...expect to hold for hours. One star at best!!!

Awful experience - they have created a system that makes it very difficult to cancel the subscription, it's almost impossible to talk to a human. The phone# does not work most of the time, and when it does it's just a looping message that says they're busy talking so leave a message and they will call you back - which they didn't for me. The silica is more dusty than the standard cat litter I use.
