Ended up with lots of litter. Contacted them and found out there was duplicate order. I asked to cancel as I have enough for a year. Was told by "Edil" in support I had recently renewed for a year. Asked for proof but they cannot provide. Scam ? Fraud ?

Terrible product and customer experience. Everything about their product benefits are false advertising. Claim-Odorless/Scemntless: Thia litter smells horrendous, urine takes on a whole new mushy form and the smell of the litter once the urine is stirred around, which is what they instruct you to do, is atrocious, the litter is supposed to last for 30 days, if you scoop and stir daily, but immediately after one days use, the litter smell will fill your house. Claim-change your litter less and save money: that’s comical, there’s no way this litter last 30 days and even if it does it’s not worth the money that you’ll spend having to risk your health and your cats health with the amount of dust and particles it eliminates ones it’s agitated. My cat has upper respiratory sneezing since I introduced this litter and my son has also had a reaction to it. The dust and particles also get stuck on cats hair and paws and tracked all over the house. Claim-risk free 30 day trial- after the first week of using this I knew it wasn’t for me. I immediately contacted pretty litter to let them know that I wasn’t satisfied with the litter. We troubleshooted and I was doing all of the correct things. They tried to switch my subscription to another product which I refused and then asked about their money back guarantee. They have since completely avoided the question and did nothing to refund me. Everything this company is advertising is false and I see a law suit I’m their future. Very disappointed-do not fall for their pretty website/FB page or Instagram account-and definitely don’t fall for their pretty litter claims!

This litter has been wonderful. No issues so far with charges or customer service. I do change it about every 3 weeks simply because my kitty is in renal failure and urinates frequently. There is a smell when it's close to needing changed and it is stirred but it goes away quickly. Never has the overwhelming scent the clay litter leaves. I am a fan.

I cannot get these people to stop charging me!!!! I have been charged every month twice. I am having to go through my bank, and I will probably have to get my credit card canceled in order to get this to stop. When I login to the site, I can confirm I have no active subscription, yet I keep getting charged!!!! So annoying and time-consuming. File a formal complaint w/ the BBB of California where Pretty Litter is located.

I dont see anything wrong with this product and for one people need to stop lying about it i have a very had time believing it kills cats and smells cuz it doesn't worked for the company for awhile and i know how its made and trust me its a special silica gell.

It’s a gimmick. Don’t fall for it.
