The cat 🐈‍⬛ litter was light and easy to clean plus my skin clear up because of the dust and particles…. This also helped me with her health that was the wow factor

I was very excited about using Pretty Litter
I was very excited about using Pretty Litter, but at the last minute, we decided to go a different route with litter - I didn't even have a chance to open the box that my litter came in. I live chatted with customer service asking how to go about sending back the litter and getting a refund. The customer service representative, Ken was great and said not only was I getting a refund immediately, but that I did NOT have to ship the litter back. This was so hassle free and I will definitely recommend anyone I know to use Pretty Litter. Thank you for the great experience with your company and for your excellent customer service!

May cause lung irritation..
I started using pretty litter around a year ago. One of my cats is very finicky about his box and we decided to try out PL and it did get him to stop urinating on the floor 98% of the time. That being said my other cat has developed some pretty severe lung irritation recently. We have 0 candles or plug ins in our home as I’m prone to migraines myself and we clean the box and our home regularly. PL prides itself on being “dust free” well let me tell your that is 110% bs. My husband and I both find ourselves putting our shirt over our nose to avoid the dust when doing litter changes and regular cleaning. I didn’t really think about how irritating it must be to them if I’m that bothered by it and I don’t have to stand or dig around in it multiple times a day. Long story short I’m pretty sure this litter may not be the right one for every cat and if you have sensitivity to dust and smell I’d stay away.

PrettyLitter is engineered to produce low dust when pouring a fresh supply, but the fine crystals do break down over time and excessive use -- they can become so small that they may appear like a fine powder. This could be an indicator that the litter has completed it's life cycle and is ready for replenishment. Customer service is quick
Customer service is quick, knowledgeable and always very helpful. The litter is great and my cat has really taken to it in no time. if i could get him to wipe his feet after leaving the box this would be the most perfect litter solution. No dust but is very light weight and so clings to paws and feet very easily. Best litter I've ever found for smell. As in people who hate litter smell asks where the litter box is. Also offers awesome toys as well.
