Pretty Litter was in use in our home…
Pretty Litter was in use in our home for years with 2 cats. After a few years without cats, we are returning to Pretty Litter for 2 rescues coming next week. I send Pretty Litter to my parents in Oregon to make taking care of their 2 cats easier and more pleasant too.

Clumping Litter is NOT for Litter Robots!
I think the technology you use for the clumping is not compatible with the rubber lining of the Litter Robot. It formed a thick cement-like layer on the rubber that is impossible to scrape off and the only way to remove it is to soak the Litter Robot Globe i water for 24 hours + even then some of it is impossible to remove. The clumping litter is fantastic for a regular litter box - there is no sticking to the plastic.

Hi Gill. While we're happy to hear our NEW clumping Prettylitter left a paws-itive impact on your home and kitties, we're sad to learn your Litter Robot was not a fan. We've shared your experience with our product innovation team and are so sorry for any extra hassle or maintenance you may have experienced. We care about your experience and, if you are interested, we would be happy to offer you a complimentary Linnea litter box to ship with your next order that pairs purr-fectly with our clumping formula. One of our senior team members will be reaching out directly to assist you further. Speak soon!

I love pretty litter
I love pretty litter! We have been using it since we rescued our fur baby 3 years ago. It is the only litter we have used where there is never a cat box smell and alerts us if something is off with our kitty that we can't see. Customer service is fantastic too! Mary Anne went above and beyond with a issue I called in with, which was such a breath of fresh air!
