PrettyLitterReviews of prettylitter.com

I had a problem with delivery fails but it was handled promptly and professionally, and the issue was resolved quickly and a permanent fix was made. I am happy with the product and the service.

Quick response when my cat died and I wanted to return a Pretty Litter shipment. And. . . Of all the many litters I tried, Pretty Litter was the only one that didn’t develop an odor after 2-3 weeks. I kept the litter box in my bathroom and there was no smell.

I really liked Claude he made suggestions when I told him what my issues were and he was kind and friendly I wish I could give him more stars than this

I sent an email regarding adding on yo my monthly subscription & within a few hrs got a response back & everything was taken care with no problems. Customer service was very helpful & knowledgeable of what I needed.

I can’t believe how efficient Pretty Litter is. Doing as directions say , I have no litter odor, for 3-4 weeks.

This is definitely great quality cat litter, and it's affordable too, plus customer service is fast to respond, and my cat loves the free toy that it came with.

This company I have used forever. I love it being 74 years old it is so much easier to deal with than dumping heavy litter and if you miss a day cleaning it . It does not stink . This means a lot to me.

The products - litter and cat food - are great quality. The crystal litter has helped with litter box odor immensely. The dry food is the best our cats have had. An older cat who would often eat too quickly and throw up now hardly ever throws up. I have been able to maintain a healthy weight on both our cats as well. The site is a bit frustrating for trying to specifically order what you want without going through the subscription path, but once you get the subscription worked out, it's great.
