My cats do not like the pretty litter…
My cats do not like the pretty litter litter. They do however love the pretty litter cat food. Not only did they not like the litter but neither did we as odor control was a huge problem. We have not yet tried the wet food but hoping to soon.

PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!!!
The level of customer service I experienced today was phenomenal! Normally, I am skeptical about handling issues via chat, but I got Sammie today, and she(?) not only re-emphasized my faith I’m Pretty Litter as a company, but in the outstanding ability to perfectly address my issues! I really like this Kitty litter it's…
I really like this Kitty litter it's the best I've gotten so far it does not clump it doesn't smell and it's very easy to scoop out and it lasts for a long time can't beat that

Pretty Litter is one of the best…
Pretty Litter is one of the best companies I've run across lately! Not only do they have an absolutely wonderful product in their litter, but their customer service department is one of the best! Very responsive, prompt and super helpful on the rare occasions I've had an issue. Highly recommend! Pretty Litter identified a UTI in my female cat before symptoms had really set in, allowing our vet to catch it early before it got serious. I'll always use Pretty Litter!

Love pretty litter because it works
Love pretty litter because it works. I have auto delivery, and received a badly damaged shipment. Pretty Litter has sent me a replacement free of charge. Received an answer in less than a day.
