Too expensive for what it is
Too expensive for what it is. My Vet said it's a gimmick. It's so fine it makes a huge mess.

The litter got tracked all over the…
The litter got tracked all over the house. My friend stopped over and she said she could smell the cat box. It was easy to monitor my cat's health by the color. I wish the litter clumped for easy removval

Company and their employees ALWAYS meet my needs
Company and their employees ALWAYS meet my needs, whether it is to put a hold (sometimes I have extra on hand) or restart and select the date I need. This is important to me and seems very rare in this day and age. Thank you PrettyLitter. PLUS it is an excellent product.

Great experience with Naj on Chat feature
Placed my order without having looked at the confirmation email first that offered a 20% discount, so I started a chat. I got a rep named Naj and he was wonderful! Took like 3 min and I even received a better discount than the initial offer. Oh, and the round litter box was $10 off which Ive looked around for and found it also for $30 everywhere else, so that was a nice bonus, so using the chat feature was all and all, wonderful.
