New clumping litter
I've been using the regular litter for years, and the last 6 months I noticed more dust, and stinking. Nothing on my cats end had changed. I swear they changed the formula. I changed over to the clumping litter, and 99% dust free 99% less smell. Costs more which I feel it shouldn't, but I'll keep using it. If you're having the same problem I had try it.

Customer Service was easy to contact
Customer Service was easy to contact. The original ad/info was not clear that this is a subscription program with automatic shipments.
Response from PrettyLitterFeb 17, 2025
We appreciate the feedback, Susan! Our online subscription-based service is intended to create convenience for PrettyLitter customers who rely on regular, hassle-free access to our health-monitoring kitty litter and food programs. Transparency is super important to us, which is why we include a reminder at checkout ahead of completing your first purchase. We understand recurring deliveries may not be the right fit for every pet parent's needs or household. One-time purchasing is available through your local Target, Walmart, or PetSmart store if “grabbing on the go” is a better option for you currently. Have a purr-fect day! ❤️
