I’ve been using PrettyLitter for sometime now and their food and I love it my cats love it

Even though my cat has had some difficulties acclimating to the new type of litter, the overstock supply that I have acquired with a second shipment was handled with great care from the support team. I was satisfied with the offer to extend a six month hold and also to allow me to handle any delays at the six month mark that might be needed. I appreciate the care as I do love the fact that there is no cat smell in the litter box now that I’ve switched to this product. My Kat has a mixed product at present time and we are slowly eliminating the old and will eventually have all of this product

I didn’t try the product yet, but I’m gonna give 3 starts because the delivery takes soooo long, I ordered February 12 and today is February 19 and customer services says is on his way … the track number doesn’t work so is not information at all, I had to buy another brand because pretty litter takes so long and my cat really need it … finally I send a email today and they answered is gonna arrive Friday February 21, so 7 days of delay when in the pages says maximum 5 days, I’m gonna post another review after use it but I don’t think I’m gonna continue with the suscription because I can pay for other good brands too and I can get it at the same day.

It lasts as long as it says it does. I clean the cats pooh out 2 to 3 times a week, but I don't changed the litter for3 to 4 weeks. It really lasts that long!

I received one bag of litter instead of the usual two. My email was acknowledged and addressed as promised. The missing bag is on the way. I have always been impressed with PrettyLItter's friendly and professional customer service. And, of course, it's a great product.

I was hesitant to buy Pretty Litter because of the price. I didn't really need or want the diagnostic properties either. BUT. I have a frail elderly cat who has some kidney and thyroid issues. She was having trouble maintaining her balance on litter that was too "soft" and shifting. She also pees a LOT. Pretty Litter solves both problems and lets her feel more confident and also makes less mess for me to clean up too.

Great product, does what it is advertised to do. My cat had no issues switching to this product and my wife no longer complains about cat box odor! Purrfect in every way!
