I needed an "emergency" bag of Pretty…
I needed an "emergency" bag of Pretty Litter as I was looking after my neighbours cat and used what I had on hand in his litterbox. I found myself short so I emailed "meow" (customer service) asking if it were possible to get a rush bag to top off my supply. Kent responded, understood my request, and was able not only to expedite my request, but went above and beyond by contacting the warehouse to advise them about the order and request it be expedited. He did, they did, and my emergency bag was on it's way. I have used Pretty Litter for a long time now and am so happy with this product. It does exactly what they say it does, and it does it well.

the shipping is slow slow and after 5…
the shipping is slow slow and after 5 weeks there's a lot of dust
Response from PrettyLitterJul 14, 2025
Thanks for your feedback, Kristine! We’re sorry to hear things haven’t gone quite as expected. PrettyLitter is designed to last about 4 weeks per 6lb bag for one cat, so if you're stretching it to 5 weeks, that could explain the extra dust you’re seeing. Over time, our fine crystals can break down with use and create a powdery texture (especially if the litter’s overdue for replacement). We’d also love to take a closer look at your shipping timeline and make sure everything’s running smoothly. If you reach out to our team at [email protected], we’re happy to help get things back on track!
