Well my experience is that customer service kept calling me asking for the same information over and over. I was very irritated. But I did have a young lady by the name of Tawnia who was very patient and understanding my frustration. She was very calm and I wasn’t at first , but I did calm down after she talked with me. Thanks Tawnia

Not happy that I have to pay for services from PL before I even get the medicine.

Before you sign up with Prescription Lifeline get your advocate to check with your medication manufacturer to make sure you can be covered. I went through the entire process (paid the $85.00) and then was told that my husband could not be "grandfathered in". I wasted a lot of time and $85.00. Needless to say I am not very pleased with Prescription Lifeline.

The Proventil should’ve been done in January so I didn’t run out!
