To me the the process is very very slow, I never imagined it would take that long , it has been TWO months and still have not received membership card. I am out of medication - my doctor is aware of it .Even at this date i don't know when i will be able to get medication.NOT only that you dont stop taking money from my account --What am I paying for? I am sorry , you ask my opinion, and thats what I think.

Have only received one prescription so far and that went okay. Called to get a refill and was told it is too early, but they only sent me a 60 day prescription instead of 90 days, so I will be without meds for about 2 weeks. Not happy about that but not much I can do about it at this point.

After only 27 days, we have been charged $150 and my son still has not received his medication. I thought it sounded too good to be true. Most of the people have been polite and friendly but do nothing to hasten the process along. You shouldn’t be charged anything until you receive the first dose!

The people I was in contact with were all delightful...as to the service, I paid the initial $99.00, I've had my paperwork in for some time and have not heard anything as to when I'll receive the medication! The cost for "fees" was deducted immediately, however, the delivery has not been as expedient, I suggest you check back with me on my total satisfaction! Patricia Tedesco

Patricia, Prescription Lifeline strives to assist our members in obtaining life saving medications from the Pharmaceutical Companies. Unfortunately not all of these companies will accept faxed documents and applications/prescriptions must be submitted as original documents via the mail. Seems like a real”test” to get info as to resend paperwork. Initially said couldn’t UPS doc’s to you as would not give address. UPS doesn’t deliver to PO Box.. Then finally Ravin came up with faxing to her and she would send to MERCK. Felt like pulling teeth.

I am disappointed that money keeps coming out of my account and I hadn’t received one prescription. I hope I didn’t get caught up in a scam, going into the née year and still nothing.

Robin, After reviewing your account I see that one of your medications has been shipped out and the other is pending approval at the patient assistance program. I recieved a call on my cell phone to call about my order I had no way to wright down the number and did not know where to call I had to go thru my advocate to make contact. Once I made contact everything went very good.
