We joined this organization several months ago and have been awaiting approval for my husband's medication. We were assigned to Team Pryor and each time I talked with one of the members they were very calm and reassuring that the application was being processed. This went on for several months and today I cancelled as there was still no answer. I'm sorry but I do not recommend this organization. I feel that we were fleeced. We lost several hundred dollars.

A representative told me that this program does not help with Advair Diskus. When I asked him what am I supposed to do now, he quipped "Consult with the Lord". No kidding. OUTRAGEOUS

It was all good until I tried to get a hold of whatever team I was assigned to. This was the same day I signed up. I Left probably 4 messages that same afternoon. No one called me back. At 8 am. the next morning I called. Someone answered. She tried to put me in touch with my team. Again no answer. The gal came back on the line and told me that your calls are returned in about 24 hours, they have about 7000 clients across the US. Nowhere on the voicemail where I left my messages did it say it would be at least 24 hours before my call was returned. That would have been nice to know. I had some questions I wanted answered that afternoon. I canceled my contract before they charged my card for my initial payment that next morning at 8am. Everyone that I did talk to was cordial. Everyone is willing to talk to you to sign you up. It maybe could have been ok. By the time I called in the next morning. My mind was made up.
