Prompt and courteous service

It seemed like I was on the phone for quite awhile but was able to obtain medication at a reduced rate. I was thankful for the reduction as I would not have been abke to afford it at full price.

I finally did receive my medication, but it was 5 days late! So! I had run out and started withdrawal, which isn’t fun. I hope they will be more vigilant in the future.

Paul seemed to care and also was very informative!

The advocates are always informed and helpful. They were also consistent with each other. The only reason for one star less is the fact that I couldn’t get back to the same advocate which was stressful for a complicated situation.

They told me 30 min. On the phone to fill out the application. It took an hour.

I’m working on my forms and getting them ready to take to my doctor and mail the first bunch. My team is very polite and courteous.
