I been taking the drug Ofev for approximately three years thru Prescription Lifeline. I submitted the paper work each year to get approval. The first two years I was accepted and in 2024 they rejected me because my yearly income was too high. I submitted similar type paperwork with the about the same yearly salary all three times. I have pulmonary fibrosis and need to take this medicine to slow down the rate of my lung deterioration. The cost with Prescription Lifeline was $79 while Medicare wanted over $1000 a month which I could not afford.

This is a scam. They tell you that you are approved for this program. Then they charge you $149.00 for processing your account. They send out a thick packet of forms for you to fill out - then repeatedly email and call you to quickly submit the package back to them. All of this with no disclosure that Medicare had to approve it first. Next step you get a letter from Medicare saying you're denied. What a shock when you were told by this scam company that you were approved! Medicare letter is first knowledge that all is not right. In the meantime, they have already taken your $149.00. Check Better Business Bureau for number of complaints that have been filed with them even though Prescription Lifeline is NOT a members. Then read online all the reviews and complaints about this company. BEWARE!!!

Prescription Lifeline is a committed patient advocacy organization, providing membership-based support to help individuals efficiently navigate and complete the necessary documentation for approval in pharmaceutical companies' Patient Assistance Programs (PAPs). Although it is possible for individuals to apply for these programs on their own, the process can be complex and time-consuming. Our mission is to offer comprehensive support and guidance to our members at every step, ensuring a seamless and effective process. We also extend our support post-approval by collaborating with our members and their healthcare providers to ensure timely completion of all medication refills. With over 22 years of experience, we have successfully advocated for our members, creating an extensive database of rules and requirements. This resource significantly enhances our ability to secure approval for our members to receive free medications. It's important to note that Prescription Lifeline does not deal with Medicare issues. Any communication received from Medicare is not associated with our services. Our expertise is in aiding access to free medications via PAPs. If you have received a notification from us about your approval, please reach out to your designated advocate for information regarding the delivery of your medication. We apologize for any confusion and are here to resolve any misunderstandings. Warm regards, Your Advocate at Prescription Lifeline

Prescription Lifeline, a dedicated patient advocacy organization, excels in assisting members through the complex Patient Assistance Program (PAP) application process with pharmaceutical companies. Our goal is to streamline this process, ensuring an efficient experience and prompt medication refills after approval. Leveraging over 22 years of expertise and a vast database, we are skilled in aiding members to obtain free medications. Our team is committed to providing support and guidance through these challenges. For immediate assistance, please reach out to your personal care advocate to discuss a potential account credit while we await further details. Warm regards, Your Advocate at Prescription Lifeline

This review will probably not be posted BUT! This is a total scam for certain medications. Be careful on what you agree to. The membership fee costs more than the cash cost for the medication. The wait time for medication is unreasonable. Don’t use this for anything you might need fairly quick. I’m waiting for a month, made 2 membership payments and I’m told that I am still in process! My case resulted in my having to cancel the membership, no medication and a loss of $126. I intend to fight this and get my funds refunded. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS PROGRAM! I’m not done with them by no means!

My friend went to this company in hopes that he could lower his prescription drug cost for a medication that is used to help people with diabetes. When he signed up with this company he paid an initial fee of $150 for paperwork (which, come to find out, is a much higher cost than any other company we checked). He was told that he needed to fill out more paperwork and return it, which he was more than willing to do, but never received it due to this company sending it to the incorrect address. He still got charged $79 for two extra months and never received any medication. Maje sure you understand everything that us being rattled off to you when they ho through information on the phone. It states that they can charge you no matter what. Even if you are not receiving anything. BEWARE!!! They will take you for all they can get!!! BEWARE!!! I can't stress enough to look elsewhere! There are so many other companies out there that are so much bettet!!!!
