They stayed in contact with me. When I was having trouble getting some of my information, they came to my resque and helped me with it.

Our contact was professional and knowledgeable. The information and directions were clear. The approval process seems long. I understand the draft for the membership but a draft before the approval of the drug is approved seems a little premature.

Although the person helping me tried to get my Trulicvity increased, It seemed someone was missing the boat as I still am waiting for the increased Trulicity. I did receive a note from my dr. saying the prescription was faxed to the pharmacy, I am still waiting to receive my trulicity. I have been with out it for about month.

The representatives were all courteous, friendly @ knowledgeable. I do believe in the age of digital (IRS) signatures & phone applications (Medicaid) your & the pharmacist are behind the times requiring an original application when money is required before the application process begins

The company first of all is doing their best to help people who cannot afford their prescribed medicine. All whom I talked to were very kind, polite and professional. I was assigned to Team Pryor and had yo speak to them at least three times and they were helpful and answered question.
