I have not received my medication yet😐
Unhappy C.
I understood the $79 per month charge was what I would be paying for my prescription for Eliquis, not an advocacy fee! I did understand there was a $50 initial administration fee which was non-refundable. The entire process took two months before I received a letter from the pharmaceutical company saying I was denied. When I called to cancel with Prescription Lifeline, I found out I was out $208 ($50 plus 2 months) for absolutely nothing!

This company is charging people fees for a process that is FREE!! Don't use this company, they are taking advantage of people. All they do is "help" fill out the application for the patient assistance through the drug company. They can't guarantee approval. The drug company offers these programs for FREE. Please contact your doctor's office if you are unable to afford your medication. Or go to the manufacturers website yourself and print off and complete the application. This should not cost anybody anything and this company is a scam that is just legal enough not to get shut down.

This is a scam, preying on the vulnerable and elderly. These documents are free on all pharmaceutical companies, and almost every doctors office will help with the application process, which is free as well. The only thing you are paying for is a monthly service that only requires an application once a year. Once approved the medication is free! TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR before using a company such as this. You should not be paying a monthly fee for this yearly, one time service, when there are free resources in your doctor's office.

This organization is a sham, I provided all documents they requested and then later on there was more needed, told before them I expect them to let me know exactly the documents needed which I provided all. Was advised there was a missing insurance card. Later on cancelled my application which is OK however, the $124 & $154 ($79-Feb & $79-March) seems like will not be refunded back to me. I asked for the contact number and still waiting it to be provided. Very unhappy with this experience.

Be aware that you are signing for the service not to pay for the medicine, I was told that I would pay $79 for the first prescription and $25 for the next ones. You have to cancel immediately if you don't receive the medicine for any reason or you are charged forever. I just lost 3x$79 no recourse possible, that's because you sign for the membership. + If you were mislead when you signed up, you are treated like an idiot who should have known and lectured at length. As if losing money wasn't enough you are also humiliated.

Very rude and do not seem to understand the financial burden when the manager does not seek to assist.
