SCAM SCAM SCAM! They say they are patient advocates but they do nothing for you except take your money! First I sent in application and I paid for tracking on the free postage envelope. They kept saying they were waiting on paperwork to come in the mail so they could keep charging me $79 per month, When I called and demanded a supervisor and infoormed them that I had tracking, a supervisor called me back that afternoon and said it came in the mail today. Lie. Then they processed it to the prescription manufacturer. There was a shipping delay and they couldnt help me so I had to call mfg. They are a 3rd party so can not advocate for you unless you are on the phone with mfg. I did all the work myself. 3 month of charges and nothing, When I called to cancel they were very rude and said no refunds as I am paying for their services. (Medication is free from mfg.) WHAT SERVICES? THEY DID NOT ADVOCATE FOR ME WHATSOVERS BECAUSE THEY CAN'T! Do yourself a favor and call Patient assistance program NOT Prescription lifeline and save yourself hundreds of dollars. This company is truly a scam and they will not - for any reason- give you a refund,

Cancelled and still waiting for refund on first month payment. Never received inside. Will give them two more weeks.

Charged me for monthly fee then three days later said I don’t qualify. Refused to give back my money. Karissa was the representative. They should not charge unless you qualify.

They sead that could help me but they wanted 1,295 dollar if had that kind of money I could buy it mysify

Cancelled. I thought I was signing up with a Janssen program, and was lied to several times.

I was APPROVED for this assistance, then waited 2-3 months for meds to arrive, while bank drafts ongoing, and had it not been for ME CONTACTING THEM to ask about the lack of activity, I still would not know that they have NOW decided that I am NOT APPROVED. Yes the money was refunded (no-brainer), but the patient, after MONTHS OF DELAY ON MEDS THAT WOULD HAVE NEVER COME, is back to square one.

Takes too long to get paperwork and penalized you if you get your info emailed

Service with Prescription Lifeline since 2022 - 2024 (for elderly parent) A company/person would think; if the paperwork isn’t complete; I guess this file is dead…wrong, continued being billed for 1.5 years later because I didn’t formally speak to someone to say I’m Cancelling. * I understand everyone needs paperwork, but dang, every time I would submit by mail, by fax, by email, paperwork was always missing or too old. Be aware that you will be charged monthly whether you get your meds or not. Tried to cancel and they kept on switching from person to person to person (they wanted to call me back, but they never return phone calls)all of the people taking the calls are already on the defensive—until I said, I’m not asking for my money back, I just want to cancel this service and it was immediately cancelled. It’s unfortunate that this company is taking advantage of elderly people who need help paying for their meds. Had I known that I can get the medication straight from the manufacturer, which is where this company gets it from, for free, I wouldn’t be writing this review.
