Prescription lifeline deducted money from my bank account $948.00 to help with medication out of our price range. They deducted $79.00 dollars a month in 2024. I called in December 2024 was told it was too late to get the medicine I would have to wait until 2025 and medication cost should be $1200.00 before they could help. My application was with Bristol Meyers I found they are not connected. These people are taking advantage of people who cannot afford to pay for medications needed sustain life.

I am disabled and did not understand $129.00 was to advocate for me. Once I received package, I realized that I get Linzess for $47.00/mo. At my pharmacy and I already qualify for AbbVie PAP. I have mailed package back. It should have refunded me $79 of that $129.00 I had to pay to join when I did not need it, or understand it. So I lost $50-$129.00 and I am very disappointed!!☹️

I paid into them, 79.00 a month for 4 months plus 129.00 to start. I never received the Ozempic so I canceled with them. Now they refuse to refund my money.

I received a letter from Bristol Myers Squibb. Stating they did not receive documentation of out-of-pocket prescription expenses for my household. I have been waiting and paying for services not rendered.

I was told I would receive a refund if not satisfied. When I called the guy, I spoke with lied telling me that a self deleting email was sent. He then refunded the fee minus the admin fee. You guys provide a great service but when one needs a refund, refund the full amount. People call you because they need help.

This company was a rip off. Even if you don't qualify they charge you 50 dollars for administrative fees. Really for nothing.

You lie to customers

Company is a scam. Take $129.95 from me and I never got anything for it. They claim they didn't receive paperwork from my doctors office. My doctor's office confirmed that it was sent. They probably get a lot of money from poor people like me.
