On November 20th I had the most wonderful experience with Customer Service Agent Jasmine M. Her warm attitude and professionalism said I want to serve you in the best way possible. She blessed my day. Give that young woman a big raise.

Have been working with Stennette the past few weeks, first getting help for my dad with one of his meds. Her company could save dad money, but he ended up going a different direction. With her being so helpful and hospitable, I started to get my mother-in-law signed up. Again, she said that she could help, but with Me-Maw only taking four meds, she gave me the number of RX Outreach, thinking that they could help more. After contacting them, giving them a list of Me-Maw's meds, they actually saved her additional monies which will be applied to her nursing home bill. This company really saved me. I came on hard times and had no insurance and my medication was going to cost me over 800.00 per month. The program is easy to set up and there is some paperwork that is required but nothing major. I did run into a small problem but Noel from Prescription Lifeline stepped in and was amazing and saw to it I was able to get everything I needed. Thank you all very much and I would recommend this program to anyone in need.

This morning I spoke with Jasmine who skillfully answered the questions I had. As in the past, I asked her to check on a particular brand of insulin that previously had not been available to me. She hesitated but said that it was not yet available. Less than ten minutes later she called me back to say that she had hesitated because she felt there was something we were missing and told me of a program that we could apply to for additional assistance. She took the necessary information over the phone, submitted the application and gave me instructions on how to proceed once I had received the correspondence. I never would have known of this avenue had she not brought it to me! And the fact that she did the legwork and gave me clear precise instructions is absolutely priceless to me!
